No, there are no hidden fees or overage costs of any kind. The Starter plan is 100% free, and the Premium plan charges a fixed monthly rate that can be easily canceled at any time.
Do you use any tracking cookies?
The RazorChat system employs cookies for authentication and basic functionality, such as keeping users logged in or storing custom settings.
Do you utilize any AI or chatbots?
The RazorChat system doesn't use chatbots, but all plans include an AI screening assistant that works behind the scenes to help you identify opportunities.
Do you offer a website widget?
No. The RazorChat service was designed for versatility and is meant to be used anywhere on the web, so we don't currently offer a website widget.
If you wish to integrate your chat page with your website, simply link it to your contact page.
How long will you store my chat transcripts?
For security and privacy purposes, all chat data is permanently deleted after 10 days. If you need to maintain records, the system allows you to download transcripts or have them automatically emailed to you for your records.

How do I cancel my Premium subscription?
You can cancel your Premium subscription any time through the RazorChat Web Portal. Simply click the "modify" link on the account info page and select "Cancel automatic payments" from the dropdown.
