With the provided QR code and chat link, simply share your chat page where appropriate and use your web portal to start accepting chats.

Are there any hidden fees or overage costs?
No, there are no overage fees or hidden charges of any kind. The Starter plan is 100% free, and the Premium plan charges a fixed monthly rate that can be easily canceled at any time.
Do you use any tracking cookies?
The RazorChat system employs only basic cookies used for login and authentication purposes.
Do you utilize any AI or chatbots?
No, the RazorChat system does not utilize any AI or chatbots. While those technologies can be helpful, our system focuses on facilitating human-to-human interaction.
Do you offer a website widget?
No. The RazorChat service was designed for versatility and is meant to be used anywhere on the web, so we don't currently offer a website widget.
If you wish to integrate your chat page with your website, simply link it to your contact page and/or any other pages you deem to be appropriate.
How long will you store my chat transcripts?
For security and privacy purposes, all chat data is permanently deleted after 10 days. If you need to maintain records, the system allows you to easily export transcripts as text files for that very purpose.
Does using RazorChat mean that I'm cool?

How do I cancel my Premium subscription?
You can cancel your Premium subscription any time through the RazorChat Web Portal. Simply click the "modify" link on the Account Snapshot panel and select "Cancel automatic payments" from the dropdown.
